Newly-crowned Miss Earth-Sweden 2016 Cloie Syquia-Skarne recently found an old photo of her mom Jenny Syquia and shared it on her Instagram account.
The said photo of the former model-actress in the Philippines was taken when she was 16 years old, and was crowned Miss Southern Tier Teenager in New York.
Cloie wrote on the caption, "Found this picture of my mother as a 16 year old beauty queen! She was a Miss [Southern Tier] Teenager in New York. @jennysyquia I thought it would be fun to share with you!"
Cloie, 22, has been vocal in saying that she looks up to her mom, and has always dreamed of becoming a beauty queen.
Last August, she joined her first-ever major beauty pageant, and won the Miss Earth-Sweden crown.
Cloie will be returning to the Philippines this October to compete in the Miss Earth 2016 Pageant.
The daughter of Jenny with former husband Gabby Concepcion, she was adopted by her stepfather, Filip Skarne.
She was born on August 17, 1994.
Jenny and Gabby got married in 1993, but their marriage was annulled in 1996.
In 1997, Jenny tied the knot with current husband Filip, whose surname is now being used by Cloie.
