Bayambang Mayor Niña Jose-Quiambao, 36, and her husband-politician Cezar Quiambao, 77, are expecting their second child.
On Monday, June 30, 2025, Niña subtly shared the happy news on her social media profiles by posting a photo of herself in an all-white ensemble, proudly displaying her baby bump.
Her caption read, "Hello," accompanied by heart, rainbow, pregnant, and chick emojis, along with hashtags #cutiequiambao #miracle #ourladyofmiraculousmedal.

This announcement came shortly after Niña's oath-taking ceremony for her second term as the mayor of Bayambang, Pangasinan, and nearly two years after experiencing a heartbreaking miscarriage.
In November 2023, Niña shared the loss she endured in October, revealing that she had named their unborn daughter Marian Hannah Claire.
In her post, she expressed her grief upon learning that her daughter’s genetic test results were normal, offering no explanation for why her heartbeat had stopped.
