Yam Concepcion is officially a mom.
On December 2, 2024, the Viva artist announced that she and her non-showbiz husband Miguel CuUnjieng have welcomed their first child, a baby boy named Blitz.
Presented through a social media reel, Yam chronicled their heartwarming journey to parenthood with the caption: "The best 9 months [red heart emoji]"

The video featured moments from OB-GYN appointments, baby-shopping trips, fishing vacations, and celebrations like Mother's Day, when Miguel left Yam a sweet note to honor her as an expectant mother.
One memorable clip showed the couple celebrating Halloween dressed as characters from Ratatouille: Alfredo, Colette, their dog Remy, and their "little bun in the oven," referring to their baby.
The reel ended with a touching scene of a baby resting in their crib, signaling that Yam had given birth.
The couple's announcement was met with a flood of congratulations from friends, fans, and fellow celebrities, expressing their excitement and support for the new parents.

YAM'S PREGNANCY JOURNEY
Yam announced her pregnancy in July this year, taking to Instagram to relay the exciting news.
At the time, the Kapamilya actress tagged her husband in a carousel of heartwarming photos from their Bahamas trip, with the caption: "Stingrays, turtles, pigs and a bump [emojis]."
In one of the snap shots, Miguel could be seen planting a kiss on Yam's belly, with the golden hues of a Bahamas sunset in the background.
Another showed the couple proudly holding their fishing catches, with Yam's growing baby bump taking center stage.
The series of posts doubled as a celebration for their growing family and the couple's third wedding anniversary.
In a separate Instagram post, Yam shared a photo with Miguel, captioning it, "A very special 3rd year wedding anniversary to us, my sweetest Migaru.
"I am grateful for you and our ever growing love," accompanied by a blue heart emoji.
Yam and Miguel tied the knot in July 2021, with a stunning sunset cruise wedding overlooking the Statue of Liberty.
Since then, Yam has been based in New York with her husband.
Their last visit to the Philippines was in December 2023 to celebrate the holidays with her family.
