Aga Muhlach says he's no stage father, but he totally supports his children when it comes to whatever field of career they want to pursue.
The twins Atasha and Andres are now 22 years old.
Atasha opted to join show business after graduating with honors from Nottingham Trent University's business school in London.
She's now one of the co-hosts in Eat Bulaga!, the daily noontime show co-produced by TVJ and TV5.
"Si Atasha is doing good," said Aga during his guest appearance on PEP Live on Thursday afternoon, January 25, 2024.
He continued, "She's happy. She wants to do movies. She wants to do a lot of things.
"Right now, she's with Eat Bulaga! Maraming salamat sa pagtanggap sa kanya."

Does he help Atasha learn the ropes in the business?
Aga clarified, "Hindi ako nakikialam. Sabi ko, 'Basta pumasok kayo sa industriya, magtrabaho kayo, hindi ako makikialam sa inyo, because you have your own path.
"Hayaan niyong ang publiko at ang producers niyo ang dumiskarte. I'm out of that.
"But I'm always proud of my kids."

Atasha's twin Andres has yet to dip his toes in showbiz.
But the public is interested to see if Andres, who certainly has the looks of a potential matinee idol, will follow in the footsteps of his father, who has enjoyed leading-man status for nearly four decades.
Talking about the possibility of Andres joining showbiz, the 90s matinee idol smiled and said, "I think Andres wants [to]. Niloloko ko siya, 'Andres, hinihintay ka na. Anong gagawin mo?' He's shy."
Facing the camera, Aga conveyed a message for his son, "So, Andres, that's your decision."
Then he added, "Let's see. There might be an announcement soon."
Earlier today, January 26, the whole Muhlach family—Aga, Charlene, Atasha and Andres—signed up a contract with TV5.

AGA'S ADVICE TO ATASHA AND ANDRES
With Aga's body of works that established him as a certified A-lister in showbiz, along with his wife Charlene Gonzalez who enjoyed a steady stream of acting projects aside from being a beauty queen, it might be daunting for their children to deal with expectations for them to reach the same level of stardom.
But the 54-year-old actor prepared his kids with real talk that there's no surefire formula to be successful in showbiz.
"Sinabi ko, 'Listen to this, kids, Atasha, Andres—it's not negative naman—sabi ko, asahan niyo na yun, at some point you'll experience a lot of failures here, so don't give up. That's normal.'
"Walang perfect na artista. Walang perfect, na bawat pelikula mo ganun [box-office hit].
"'Lahat ng mga sikat, kahit the young generation,' sabi ko, 'ten years na nag-aartista iyan bago sumikat.'"
Underlining the value of patience and hard work, Aga continued, "Kaya sabi ko, 'You make your name, you continue to do good work, and it will come.'
"At the end of all ng mga iniisip natin, ang sinasabi ko palagi, everything happens, and everything will happen in God's perfect time.
"So that's the biggest advice I've given them, and I think nasa puso na nila yun."

AGA TELLS KIDS TO BE AUTHENTIC
Aga also told PEP.ph that he taught his kids to have the right attitude to last long in the business.
"Limelight? Tanggalin niyo nakikita niyo. Ang core ng pag-aartista, being in this industry, it's work.
"Kindness—it has to be real. Yung puso mo has to be real. Pag mahal mo ang tao, pag mahal mo ang publiko, it has to be real.
"Di mo puwede iarte iyan. Hindi puwede maging plastic; pag may tao, mabait ka, pag nakatalikod, tsk.
"And I think my children are kind-hearted people, kaya di ako natatakot dun. Buo ang loob ko dun.
"Ang sabi ko lang sa kanila, it's hard work. Mahirap ang trabaho ngayon. But if you make it, mas mahirap. Pahirap nang pahirap iyan, until makasanayan niyo."
