Kris Bernal and Perry Choi have officially become parents to a baby girl.
The couple gladly takes to their personal Instagram accounts today, August 30, 2023, to formally present their child, Hailee Lucca Choi.
Publishing a series of Instagram stories and posts on her feed, Kris details how the last few days have been, since welcoming their bundle of joy.

She begins her caption with, "Let me tell you a story, SHE'S FINALLY HERE. [baby angel emoji]
"15 days with our #Little Sunshine, @haileelucca! [sunflower emoji] And, it has been the most magical days of our lives."
Through the trials of a challenging pregnancy and labor, Kris remains resolute, echoing that she would endure it all over again to embrace her little Hailee.
"After the longest pregnancy and hardest labor, I would do it over so many times to meet my #LittleSunshine," she writes.
"The bond between a mother and child is one of the strongest in existence. I'm so in love!! [emoji]
"It is a kind of love that is never understood until it happens to you.
"My heart is so full and becoming a mother is the most rewarding and beautiful thing in my life.
"Thank you, Lord, for giving us a chance to be parents! [praying hands emoji]"
Finally, Kris relates that the family is taking some time off to settle themselves down: "For now, we're really slowing down and soaking up every minute, cherishing it all. [yellow heart emoji]
"Thank you for the kind messages, thoughts, and prayers," she concluded.

One of her stories also shows Kris in her lactating era, welcoming herself to the breastfeeding club.
Next to it is a photo collage of herself and Perry, taking turns in carrying Hailee.
The photos are taken by Perry's brother, Parker.
BEHIND THE NAME
In the Instagram account they set up for their firstborn, the first post intoduces Baby Hailee to everyone: "Hello world, I'm Hailee Lucca. [sunflower emoji]"
The next lines tell the story behind her name.
It reads: "I heard mama said that my name, Hailee Lucca, was inspired by the word 'Hallelujah' that means 'Praise the Lord'. [praying hands emoji]
"Mom would play this song on repeat to soothe me to sleep inside her womb. I am a manifestation of God's divine love, and they are forever thankful for my precious life.
"Additionally, mama had an excessive fondness to NBA player, Luka Doncic, throughout her entire pregnancy. [basketball emoji]
