Elisse Joson is not one to bother about hiding those stretch marks.
Clad in a floral bikini, Elisse flaunted her tiger stripes while taking a dip in the sea.
"Battle scars," the 26-year-old celebrity mom wrote in the caption of her Instagram post on Saturday, December 3, 2022.
Celebrities showed their support for Elisse in the comments section of her post.
Former beauty queen Katarina Rodriguez, who is pregnant with her second baby, told Elisse, "Wowwww [emoji]"
With a heart emoji, TV host Mariel Padilla commented, "I see no scars. Just perfection."
GMA-7 actress Carla Abellana asked Elisse, "Saan? [emoji]"
Meanwhile, events host Tim Yap left a bunch of heart emojis on Elisse's comments section.
In DJ Chacha's vlog, which she posted on YouTube last July 6, 2022, Elisse described feeling like she was "blooming" all that time she was pregnant with Felize.
She further said, "Pag babae daw, sinasabi blooming ka... Sa skin ko kasi, hindi ako nag-break out."
But like many other moms, Elisse also felt insecure at one point during her pregnancy.
The Kapamilya actress recalled, "Pinaka na-feel bad ako for myself is when lumaki nang sobra yung tiyan ko, tapos nakita ko na lang nagkaka-stretch marks na ako."
She added, "Meron pero mababa kasi siya so kaya pa yung mga high-waist na [pants]."
Having gained weight during her pregnancy, Elisse resolved to get back into shape after giving birth, motivated by deeper reason than sheer vanity.
She said, "Pag-uwi ko, three months na si Felize, mataba pa rin ako.
"After ko manganak, nasa head ko na yung, 'May anak na ako, kailangan ko na bumalik sa trabaho kaya kailangan ko na magsipag.'
"Siyempre, kapag clear na sa doctor, okay na. E, since normal ako, normal birth, mas madali."
It was on October 31, 2021, when Elisse and her beau, fellow former Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) housemate McCoy de Leon, came out about having a daughter.
Their daughter Felize McKenzie was born in the US on April 10, 2021.
