It's a baby girl for Assunta de Rossi, 37, and husband Jules Ledesma, 59.
Assunta gave an update on her pregnancy over the weekend, and her post included a subtle gender reveal.
She called her miracle baby "coccolina," which is the Italian word for "the cuddly one."
In her post dated July 6, 2020, the actress also used this Italian term although she didn't know yet whether her baby is "a coccolino or a coccolina."
Now, Assunta has her answer.
Published as is, part of her latest Instagram caption reads: "I couldn't be more grateful that everything's good and normal and I pray it stays that way.
"For now, I'm gonna call her by her nickname, Fiore (Italian for flower). [three flower emoji] #6monthspregnant #miracle baby"
Assunta's mother Nenita leaves a comment on the post.
She writes, "Bulaklak, ang ganda ni bulaklak... dulot s'atin ay saya"
Assunta replies to her mother and tags her youngest sister Isabel in the comment, "Papalitan ko na ba si @babyblackfeet sa pagiging coccolina?"
Isabel makes a fair bargain to sister Assunta, saying her future niece can be "coccolina junior."
Assunta has two more sisters: Alessandra, who lives in the Philippines, and Margherita, who lives with Isabel and their father Luigi Schiavone in Italy.
Their mother Nenita is also based in the Philippines, but she is presently in Italy.
Assunta announced her pregnancy in May 2020.
She and husband Jules have been praying for a baby throughout the 16 years they have been married.
Jules has two kids—Cristina, 29, and Carlos, 24—with late wife Maria Cristina Tsung Pek.
