Early this year, Cai hinted at her pregnancy through an Instagram post.
In October, the actress flaunted her baby bump at 29 weeks.
During her pregnancy, Cai didn't fail to shower her firstborn Bibo with love and attention.
She wrote in a post a few weeks before giving birth: "From only baby, you will be promoted to Kuya in a few days. There is no doubt in my mind that you are ready and will be the greatest kuya any baby sister can ask for!"
Cai gave birth to son Bibo in December 2016.
