Guji Lorenzana and wife Cheska Nolasco have welcomed their baby girl.
On Instagram, the singer-actor introduces Cassidy Gianna, their "quick and first formal photo together."
In the caption, he mentions the photo "was taken immediately after they finished cleaning you up from childbirth on Sunday, November 10, 2019."
He writes, "Nothing can explain what it feels like to be your daddy. But know this, anak, how much I already love you.
"PS. Thank you for always calming down every time you hear my voice sing to you. It means so much to papa."
Cheska, for her part, describes the "waiting game," which began in 2017, the year they got married.
"I’m 1cm dilated last Tuesday [November 5] and our OB said maybe this weekend she’ll come out, maybe next week. We sorta panicked and had everything deep cleaned from our condo to our car to doing all the bedsheets again and having almost everything sorted out. What I thought was a few more weeks of waiting turned into a couple of days.
"A couple of days and we’ll get to meet you our little one. I’m ugly crying as I type this cause it’s sinking in. We will be parents in a heartbeat. For 2 years we’ve waited for this and now it’s finally happening."
Cassidy is the couple's "miracle baby."
Two years ago, the new mom lost their first baby, and was subsequently told that she had an "unexplainable infertility."
In February 2019, she booked a trip to Europe, where they celebrated their anniversary.
On May 10, 2019, she announced the good news: "We’re 12 weeks pregnant and have a healthy heartbeat inside of me..."
