Pop Mart, the global sensation behind today’s most sought-after blind box collectibles, has expanded its Philippine presence with the launch of its third permanent store at SM North EDSA.
The shop opened its doors to fans on February 13, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., in time with the Valentine’s Day buzz.
Located on Level 3 of The Block in SM North EDSA, Quezon City, the 177-square-meter space marks Pop Mart’s first long-term home in the city and delivers its signature thrill to collectors across northern Metro Manila.
INSIDE POP MART: SM NORTH EDSA
This milestone follows the Coffee Factory–themed pop-up store that opened in the same mall in December 2025, but the new location marks the brand’s first full flagship store.
Inside, visitors are greeted by a bright, playful, and welcoming environment designed for easy browsing and discovery.
Color explodes the moment you walk into the store, where a striking Valentine’s Day–themed Twinkle Twinkle installation dominates the entrance and central floor.
Surrounding it are cascading stacks of blind boxes, plush figures, and collectibles that amplify the festive atmosphere.

The store houses dedicated zones for each of Pop Mart’s beloved intellectual property (IP) characters, creating immersive mini-worlds that spotlight fan favorites such as Hirono, Molly, Dimoo, Skullpanda, Cry Baby, and more.
These sections line the walls and curved shelving units, complete with clear signage, themed backdrops, and layered displays that make it easy for collectors to explore every series—from blind boxes and keychains to plush toys and figurines.

At the center of the store, commanding the main displays are impressive Mega editions of Space Molly and Labubu.
These oversized, intricately crafted collectibles serve as striking focal points, often elevated on platforms and surrounded by smaller matching pieces for added impact.
The Space Molly Sweet Messages Bear 1000% and the MEGA LABUBU 1000% Tenth Anniversary Edition, for example, are priced at around PHP 51,000.
CELEBRITIES SPOTTED
The grand opening brought together collectors, families, and celebrity guests, among them Marian Rivera, a devoted Pop Mart fan who delighted the crowd by pulling a secret Twinkle Twinkle plush pendant.
Visibly excited, Marian held up the plush toy with a laugh, saying, “Nakuha ko yung secret. Ang swerte ko! Lucky day!” joking that she must be blessed, despite it being Friday the 13th, a date that is, to the superstitious, viewed as unlucky.
Marian expressed her happiness over Pop Mart’s continued expansion in the Philippines.
"Dati, naghahanap pa ako, di ba?” she said. “Happy ako kasi, sa mga katulad ko na super love si Pop Mart, at least marami na silang places na puwedeng puntahan para maka-buy ng mga items nila."
She recalled that her collecting journey began when her husband, Dingdong Dantes, gave her her very first figure.
“Ang unang-una, nagkaroon ako ng Royal Molly, which is binigay ni Dong nung birthday ko. And nagsunud-sunod na."
Since then, Marian has delighted in unboxing blind box items one after another.
"Parang bata ulit na nagkakolekta, na na-e-excite ka every time na in-o-open mo yung gusto mo,” she explained.
"Siguro ang mas nakakakilig at mas exciting part doon is kapag bumibili ka ng blind box. Kasi may gusto kang item na sana makuha mo."
She also emphasized that toy collecting isn’t just for kids.
"As long as nag-e-enjoy ka at may joy na ibinibigay sa ’yo, walang age na pinipili ang pagko-collect," she said.

Martin Nievera and Janice de Belen were also spotted browsing the shelves and picking up a few blind boxes.
In a brief conversation with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal), the two stars shared stories about their own Pop Mart collections.

Martin said he can no longer keep track of how many Pop Mart pieces he has in his collection.
He shared that his collecting habit began through the influence of his non-showbiz partner Anj del Rosario.
"Sobrang laki" said Martin of his collection.
"Dati meron akong kuwarto na puro mga trophies, mga sporting posters.
"Wala na. Puro mga Pop Mart goods. May mga Labubu. May mga 400 series. May 1000 series na Labubu, may Molly. Kasi yung girlfriend koang mahilig talaga."
When asked about his favorite IPs, he mentioned two: Skullpanda for his partner Anj, and Labubu for himself.
"Skullpanda. Iyan ang favorite ng girlfriend ko, Skullpanda. So yung buong bahay ko, puro Skullpanda," said Martin.
He continued, "I like Labubu. That's the one I'm hanging on my bag. She likes Skullpanda. I like Labubu. So my house is Labubu-ed and Skull Panda-ed."
Janice, for her part, admitted that she "tried hard" not to jump on the trend, but in the end, she couldn’t resist and ended up falling for Cry Baby.
"Of course, hindi nangyari di ba? So I have Cry Baby plushies. I have a few of them.
"Then I have Space mollies. Marami akong pang-bag. Iba-iba. Pero si Cry Baby kasi yung favorite ko talaga. So marami akong pang-bag na Cry Baby.
Janice continued, "Nag-start ako sa ganoon ka-liit. Tapos lumaki na. Naging plushie na. Tapos sabi ko, 'Last na. Last na. Last na.' Of course, hindi naging last."
Among the other celebrities present at the event were Jed Madela as well as Rocco Nacino and his wife Melissa Gohing.

VIP guests in attendance also included Winnie Geronimo (VP for Leasing, SM North EDSA), Mishen Samonte (Head of Marketing, POP MART Philippines), Marilen Villamayor (Country Head, POP MART Philippines), and Jocelyn Clarino (SAVP for Operations, SM North EDSA).
