His 2024 is off to a “very chill start.”
“Parang feeling ko, parang yung simula ng taon na ito, mas puro self-care.
"Puro workout, exercise, parang ganon.”

He replies, “Kasi nung Unbreak My Heart last year, medyo hirap talaga kami lahat sa tulog.
“Kasi may hinahabol kami, shoot palagi."
Unbreak My Heart is the momumental Kapuso-Kapamilya series, headlined by Jodi Sta. Maria, Richard Yap, Gabbi Garcia, and Joshua. It ran from May to November 2023.
Going back to Joshua's grooming routine, he says, "...Since wala akong masyadong ginagawa, inayos ko yung tulog ko.
"Natutulog ako nang maaga.
“Matulog lang talaga saka balanced na pagkain.”
