Getting out of each other's hair has been a challenge for couples during quarantine, but not for Solenn Heussaff and Nico Bolzico.
Surprising even for Solenn who revealed on Marc Nelson and Rovilson Fernandez's Facebook Live show, "I thought we were going to fight a lot, but we're not fighting at all."
Nico was a guest on the celebrity hosts' livestream show on May 21, when Solenn showed up for a quick appearance.
What's the couple's secret in keeping the peace?
The new mother said it was their daughter Thylane.
Solenn said taking turns to babysit their daughter enables one of them to have some "me" time when the other is on-duty, "He takes care of the baby and I do my stuff.
"We make sure to have our separate times during the day and not be at each other's faces all day."
Nico added, "Having Thylane is a massive factor. It's the key factor why we are having a good time.
"We're very hands-on with Thylane. During the day, we divide our time with Thylane.
"So, from 7 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., it's me. Then Solenn, then I take over again."
Solenn said that living in a multi-level house has also helped them give each other some space.
She said, "There's four floors in the house, so if I’m annoyed, I just go to either floor.
"I think we’re lucky to not live in an apartment because I think we might go a bit crazy.
"We have the time to not see each other."
QUALITY TIME TOGETHER
And when they're together, it is important for Nico and Solenn to be fully present in the conversation, which means they put away their phones.
The Argentinean businessman acknowledged the usefulness of phone as a device for sharing photos and videos, but it shouldn't be a distraction.
Nico underlined, "The phone is the key to ruin your relationship.
"If you're not present and you don't realize it, it can really harm your whole relationship because all the time you're on your phone and you're never there during the conversation.
"We really value the time when we can sit down and just talk."
Solenn and Nico welcomed Thylane on January 1, 2020.
