Heart Evangelista got a little worried when reporters brought up the possibility of her getting pregnant with twins.
Why?
She only has one spare room in her new home, which she expects to be finished by December this year or January 2017.
"I think, ako, I'm okay with one. He has two," Heart told the entertainment editors who were invited to cover her contract-signing with GMA Network on September 20.
Her husband Senator Francis "Chiz" Escudero has twin kids, Chesi and Quino, with his first wife.
The 31-year-old star added that she intentionally reserved just one room for her future baby with Sen. Chiz.
"Kung maging apat pa 'yon, babaguhin na naman ang bahay ko. Mahal! Okay na ako sa tatlo," she smiled.
"Isa lang talaga ang ginawa ko for my child. Kasi, I dunno, ang dami na, e.
"'Tapos may mga aso pa ako. Ang dami. And I want to give my child the best, ayaw ko ng bitin."
DREAM HOUSE. In her previous Instagram post, Heart said the house she's currently building represents the fruits of her labor after 18 years in showbiz.
Asked to describe her new home, Heart remarked, "All-white. It's so nice. It's my dream house!
"Everything, every corner is cute.
"Hopefully by December or January matapos na siya.
"Pero mahirap pala. Kapag finishing, maraming [gagawin], ang sakit sa ulo. Buti na lang may trabaho."
The actress-painter also mentioned her artworks have been incorporated in the house's interior design.
"I won't be bring a lot," she said.
Her current home will serve as Heart's studio.
"I'm keeping my place now to make it a studio. Doon na lang ako magpe-paint," she said.
