The soon-to-be mommy, clad in a black crop tube, proudly showed her baby bump.
She looked so pretty!
Aside from buying baby stuff, the Italian beauty also attended a lactation class.
She's also been active, including a "morning swim" in her routine whenever she can.
Meanwhile, James expressed his excitement as he awaits the arrival of his third baby.
On Instagram, he posted, "Malapit na!"
A baby shower was held for Baby Michael James last June 22, at the Le Jardin in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
