Jennica Garcia takes pride in achieving a major milestone for her daughters.
In an interview with TV5 reporter MJ Marfori, the Saving Grace star reveals that they recently moved into a two-bedroom condo unit, which is bigger than their former house.
So from a studio-type unit, talaga naman, naka-two bedroom unit [na kami].
"At hindi dun nagtatapos yun! May hagdan! Loft ba ang tawag dun?"
She adds, "Ang saya nun!
Jennica chooses to keep the rest of the details private, but shares that her daughters, Athena Mori and Alexis Severina, had a hand in choosing their new unit.
She says, "Pinapapili ko kasi sila.

SAVING GRACE
In the same interview, MJ asks Jennica about playing Sarah Banaag in Saving Grace, the Philippine adaptation of the Japanese drama series Mother.
Jennica recalls a surprising encounter with a fan who openly disliked her character on the show, even calling her "g*ga."
Reflecting on the moment, she says, "I was shocked to realize that some people can’t differentiate between what they see on screen and real life.
But she opts to understand where the viewer was coming from.
Jennica acknowledges that her character in the series is intentionally unlikable.
Saving Grace also stars Julia Montes, Janice de Belen, Sam Milby, Christian Bables, and Sharon Cuneta.
Following its successful run on Prime Video, Saving Grace is set to premiere on free TV this March across multiple platforms, including The Kapamilya Channel, TV5, and A2Z.
