Sa inilabas na pahayag ng kumpanya noong August 7, 2024, sa official website nito, ang ibibigay kay Carlos ay mula sa PHirst Editions Batulao project nito sa Nasugbu, Batangas.

HOUSE AND LOT PARA KAY CARLOS YULO, NAGKAKAHALAGA NG PHP6 Million
Ang single attached home ay tinawag na Charles, at nagkakahalaga ng PHP6 milyon.
Ito na ang ikalawang pagkakataon na nagbigay ang CPG ng house and lot sa Filipino Olympic gold medalist.

Noong 2021, niregaluhan din si Hidilyn Diaz, ang kauna-unahang Pinoy Olympic gold medalist sa Tokyo 2020 Olympics, ng house and lot sa alinmang properties ng kumpanya sa Tanza at General Trias in Cavite; Lipa at Nasugbu, Batangas; San Pablo at Calamba, Laguna; Pandi, Bulacan; Magalang, Pampanga.
“We have been consistent with our desire to reward our outstanding Olympians. It started with the champion weightlifter Hidilyn Diaz who won our first-ever Olympic gold, and now we are once again delighted to gift Carlos a PHirst home, a ‘Home of Champions!’” dagdag pa ni Amb. Antonio.

CARLOS YULO PATULOY NA INUULAN NG REWARDS
Patuloy naman ang pagdagsa ng rewards para kay Carlos.
Kabilang sa kanyang mga matatanggap ang PHP20 milyon mula sa Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation.
Pagkakalooban din siya ng Philippine Olympic Committee ng house and lot.
Nakatakda rin siyang bigyan ng House of Representatives ng PHP6 milyon.
Ang pamahalaang lungsod ng Maynila ay nangako ng PHP2 milyon at homecoming parade sa kanyang pagbabalik mula sa Paris.

Makatatanggap naman siya mula sa property developer na Megaworld Corporation ng three-bedroom unit sa McKinley Hill, Taguig City, at PHP3 million cash bonus.
Nauna nang sinabi ng kumpanya na bibigyan si Carlos ng PHP24-million two-bedroom residential condominium unit nang makuha niya ang kanyang unang ginto.
Ini-upgrade ng kumpanya ang reward kay Carlos nang masungkit niya ang kanyang ikalawang gold medal.
“Since this is a very significant milestone in the history of Philippine sports to have two gold Olympic medals during our 100th year participation as a country in the Olympics, which also coincides with our company’s 35th anniversary this year, we are boosting our reward for Carlos Yulo now totaling to P35 million,” ayon kay Megaworld president Lourdes Gutierrez-Alfonso.
Inaasahang sa mga susunod na araw ay madadagdagan pa ang natatanggap na rewards ni Carlos.
