Angelica Panganiban is basking in a week filled with blessings.
After celebrating her final birthday as "Ms. Panganiban" on November 4, 2023, the 37-year-old bride-to-be delightedly shared glimpses of her weekend.
Taking to YouTube on her family's joint channel, Angelica chronicled a quick getaway to their charming farm property in Tanauan, Batangas, alongside her fiancé, Gregg Homan, and their one-year-old daughter, Amila Sabine Homan, affectionately known as baby Bean.

The description for the video read: "For the past few months we were always on the beach but this time we will tour you around our farm.
"Hopefully soon we will be able to develop this property."
Angelica also mentioned their plan of acquiring more plots of land in the years to come, saying, "Iisip ako ng mga properties na bibilhin, e."
Then she gave glimpses of Bean's farm.
"Pupunta kami ngayon sa south, sa farm ni Bean. Eto ang aming munting paraiso.
"Gusto namin magpatayo ng maliit na house dito, like parang mga tiny house.
"So mag-subscribe lang kayo nang mag-subscribe, buuin niyo ang pangarap namin."
The new mom also revealed that she wasn't initially planning to join Gregg and Bean, but she couldn't resist.
"Dapat talaga di ako sasama," she revealed.
"Dapat magpapahinga ang mommy today, but nung paggising ko, I realized hindi ko pala kaya na ma-miss ang family day.
"Kaya okay lang sa akin kahit tired, konting puyat."

LAND DEVELOPMENT
Angelica openly admitted that they are currently in the process of saving up for the development of this property, with other priorities taking precedence: "Hindi pa namin to nade-develop.
"Medyo marami pang projects na ongoing kasi nabanggit ko na to sa iba naming vlogs na nagpapa-renovate kami ng mga bahay-bahay namin.
"Bahay in Subic, bahay in Manila.
"Then siyempre, may upcoming wedding, and we have a toddler.
"So eto, kadalasan nawawala sa isip namin na parang, 'Uy may kailangan pa nga pala kaming i-develop na property.'
"Para siyempre sa extra income, like gusto namin magtanim, magpatayo nga ng maliit na bahay dito.
"Para pagka nagpupunta kami ng south, gusto namin maiba naman ang ihip ng hangin.
"Puwede kaming dito tumambay."
The development will be on full blast in 2024.
"Hindi pa namin siya talaga nabibigyan ng oras so hopefully next year, after ng wedding, matutukan na namin.
"Magagawa na namin yung mga gusto naming gawin."

FARM VISION
The piece of land had been a cherished dream for Angelica, recalling, "Nabili ko itong property na to nine years ago, more or less, ganyan.
"Nung ginagawa ko si Madam Claudia [Zalameda-Buenavista] sa Pangako Sa 'Yo, eto po ang katas.
"Gusto ko talaga ng farm dahil parang ang sarap na pag weekend, meron kayong getaway from work, sa kaguluhan sa Manila ganyan.
"Tahimik at simpleng buhay sana dito. Dito mag relax, dito mag weekend."
Regarding the specifics, the Kapamilya star already had a few ideas in mind: "Gusto namin magpatayo ng pool, maglagay ng maraming animals.
"So meron ditong mga pato, chicken.
"Sa mga tanim namin dito, bayabas, lanzones, rambutan."

WELCOMING A NEW BABY
The vlog's title sparked excitement among The Homans' fans, as it suggested "Saying YES to a new baby."
But what that really meant, as revealed in the video, was about the couple welcoming a new car.
"We have a new baby!!!," written in the caption, published as is.
"Ford territory has been one of the best decision we made for our family!
"So far this is the best rendition of a personal luxury vehicle: it has all the look and feel of how good a car should be."
Gregg asked Angelica, "Pasado yung Ford no, as a family car?"
To which the actress nodded in agreement.
"Kinaya niya yung papunta Batangas galing Subic," he supported.
