Pokwang gave her followers on social media a glimpse of her new two-story house located in Mariveles, Bataan.
"Konti nalang!!!!!! raket pa more hhahahahaha," captioned Pokwang.
Her post was met with congratulatory messages and "likes" from friends and colleagues including filmmaker Louie Ignacio and actress Valerie Concepcion.
One comment caught the attention of Pokwang and she gladly replied as it pertained to her estranged partner, Lee O'Brian.
Apparently, Pokwang has sold one of her houses and has put another property up for sale to make a fresh start.

“Mayette, congrats on your new house. God is faithful. Are you selling the house that you shared with that man?” the comment read.
Pokwang replied, "Sold na po last year pa hahaaaaahaha. Thats why I'm selling my beach house sa Bataan kasi ayoko ng may mantsa niya at bakas hahaaha."
Another follower commended Pokwang for her perseverance, to which she answered, "Kapag inaapi ako at pinapaiyak ganyan ang nangyayare dumadami property ko hahahahahaa. Kaya sige lang go lang sila ng gow…"

LEE'S DEPORTATION CASE
Pokwang, meanwhile, addressed the deportation issue against Lee in one of the comments.
It can be recalled that Pokwang filed a petition seeking to deport Lee and for his visa to be canceled.
Pokwang said that Lee had no working permit, and has been staying in the country on a tourist visa.
Lee filed a counter affidavit, stating that he respects Pokwang as the mother of his child.

In Pokwang's recent post showing off her new house, a netizen inquired about the status of the petition filed by Pokwang against Lee.
"Napalayas na ba siya sa Pilipinas?"
Pokwang retorted, “Hindi pa nga e. May mga nakuhang padrino. Lakas ‘di ba? Tapos sasabihin niya ako daw ang maimpluwensiyang tao kaya nagpapa-victim ang g*go!
Pokwang and Lee fell in love on the set of the film Edsa Woolworth in 2014.
She gave birth to their daughter Malia on January 18, 2018.
The couple separated in November 2021, but this was only announced in July 2022.
