Blessings continue to pour in for Olympic heroine Hidilyn Diaz.
On Wednesday, August 18, 2021, the pride of Zamboanga formally received the house and lot promised to her by Philippine Olympic Committee (POC) President Bambol Tolentino as part of her gratuities for winning the country's first-ever Olympic gold medal.
The two-story house located at Isabel Heights, Barangay Kaybagal Central in Tagaytay City is valued at close to PHP5 million and is just part of a windfall that is expected to make her richer by over PHP50 million.

The construction of single-detached houses for each of the country's three other medalists—Nesthy Petecio, Carlo Paalam, and Eumir Marcial—have also started, and are also courtesy of Tolentino.

She has also received her golden Kia Stonic car, the PHP10,000,000 cash incentive from the MVP Sports Foundation, and the PHP3,000,000 pledge from Deputy Speaker Mikee Romero.
The Pinay Olympian is expected to receive a total of PHP55.5M both from the local and private sectors along with a brand new motorbike, a van, free flights, food, and milk tea for life, a fast-food franchise.
