Miguel Tanfelix turned 18 on September 21, the day the presscon for his new show, Usapang Real Love (URL), was held.
PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) asked if he has any birthday resolution.
"Physically?" the Kapuso teen star said.
He continued, "Well, ngayong eighteen po ako, wala pa naman pong pinagbago since kahapon hanggang ngayon, ganun pa rin naman po siya.
“Wala pa rin po akong abs."
He laughed.
“Sa height, feeling ko tumatangkad naman ako, 5'7” or 5' 6”.”
Isn't he going to have less restrictions with regard to his curfew?
“Hindi po ako ginagabi sa labas. Kung gagabihin man po ako, galing sa taping.
“Kasi hindi din po ako mahilig gumala. Wala rin naman po akong pupuntahan.”
Miguel is a homebody.
Whenever he has free time, “Mga hobbies ko po like basketball, I read books po, and nag-i-study po ako.
”Binabasa ko po ngayon. Marvel po. Book po siya ng Marvel.
“Di ba may comics po? Book po siya ng Marvel.
“Yun po yung hilig ko po, e. Mahilig po ako sa Marvel.”
CLEAN LIVING. How about his goals? His expectatations?
Proudly, he replied, “Mas magiging responsible po ako.
“Dahil alam po nating eighteen na. Marami na pong…like, puwede pong uminom.
“Pero ako, magiging responsible po ako na hindi po ako iinom dahil bad po sa health yun.
“'Tsaka hindi ko po type, e. Hindi ko type yung lasa.”
Add to this, he is the face of U4U, a Youth Hub Initiative of the Commission on Population and the UN Population Fund (UNFPA) aiming to provide critical information, such as teenage pregnancy and sexually-transmitted diseases, to Filipino teens.
Miguel said, “Nakakalungkot po dahil makikita po natin yung youth ngayon e ganun po yung ginagawa.
“Bilang U4U Ambassador po, sana ma-lead po natin sila na mag-make po sila ng better decisions in life.
“Alamin po nila yung mga limitations, mas maging responsible po sila sa everyday po ng buhay nila.”
