CELESTE CORTESI'S INSECURITY BEFORE JOINING MISS UNIVERSE
Pinaka-interesante ang mga detalye tungkol sa procedure ng Filipino-Italian beauty queen na si Celeste.
Ang isiniwalat ni Dra. Vicki, "She did it awake. That’s how galing. We went to the clinic and then she just laid down.
"I didn’t realize na two weeks till the day of the contest, but the one week before, she’s doing stuff na.
"So I said, 'One week, oh my gosh,’ but she healed in three days."
Ayon kay Celeste, nagpa-liposuction siya sa kanyang mga braso bago sumali sa 71st Miss Universe na ginanap noong Enero 14, 2023, sa New Orleans, USA.
"It was during Miss Universe before I left for the U.S., she [Dra. Belo] suggested that I should be doing lipo for my arms because that’s where I really deposit all my fats.It was always at the back of my arms," ang pagtatapat ng dalaga.
Kawalan ng kumpiyansa sa sarili ang rason ni Celeste kaya siya lumapit kay Dra. Vicki.
Ang kuwento ng beauty doctor, "You know it’s funny she says to me, 'Doktora I have no confidence, I cannot compete because my arms are big.'
"I said how much time do you have before the contest, and she said two weeks.
"That’s really like the pinaka-minimum, but I said, 'Sige kaya in two weeks.'"

CATRIONA GRAY TRIED LIPO ON THE BACK OF HER ARMS
Gaya ni Celeste, naging problema rin ni Catriona ang mga taba sa kanyang braso

Sabi ng Miss Universe queen, "I did a lot of ONDA, Exilis, Emsculpt because again, toning and tightening was really my goal."
Ang Onda Coolwaves ay para mabawasan ang fat cells at cellulite, at ma-tighten ang skin.
Ganundin ang nagagawa ng exilis, pero gumagamit ito ng radiofrequency (RF) energy.
Ang Emsculpt naman ay gumagamit ng electromagnetic energy para ma-tone ang muscles and mabawasan din ang taba. Para kang nag-exercise nang walang ka-effort-effort.

Ang sabi ni Dra. Vicki, "Did you hear that? Catriona had liposuction.I never thought she’d admit it because you know her arms were kinda like a little bigger than the rest of her body."
Sa pagpapatuloy ni Catriona, "It was really nice to be educated, to be guided through what I could expect.
"You can just see that’s just a little thing I did, and I’m able to carry myself in a certain way because I feel that and that’s, you know, translates to confidence for me."

MICHELLE DEE'S WAISTLINE
Samantala, hindi komportable si Michelle sa kanyang 27-inch waistline kaya sumailalim din siya sa liposuction procedure matapos na mapanalunan ang Miss Universe Philippines title noong Mayo 13, 2023.
"It’s the day of confessions,” ang pagsasalarawan ni Michelle tungkol sa mga isiniwalat sa publiko na beauty secrets nila nina Catriona at Celeste.
"After I won Miss Universe Philippines, grabe, my waistline is at maybe 27.
"Yes, I did get lipo in my back specifically around my waist and. yeah, just a very small portion of small areas.
"But the thing is as you grow, and I’m sure a lot of you will realize that we have stubborn areas.
"And I didn’t just go to Doc and say, 'I want the perfect body,' right away.
"Of course, I tried my best to lose weight and then it became really stubborn and you just need that extra love.
"Tumatanda na rin naman tayo so you really need the assist.
"So if you just put my winning photo and my Miss Universe competing photos, you really see a big difference with my body and there’s Belo love in between."
Sa mundo naman ng beauty pageants, tila naging norm na ang pag-rely sa siyensiya para ma-achieve ang gustong look.
Hindi man lantarang inaamin, maraming kandidata ang nagpapa-plastic surgery, at ang iba pa nga sa kanila ay nananalo.
