Francine Diaz, 20, leads a healthy lifestyle and starts her day really early.
At the Watsons Health Expo 2024, where she bannered the brand Goli gummies, she talked about how she starts and ends her day.
“I don't know if you guys will believe me, pero I wake up at 5 a.m. to do my morning routine—morning workout, meditation, then I read the journal.
“And then, of course, after mag-breakfast, I need to go eat my vitamins.”
This, she is able to achieve, with a little help from a book titled The 5 AM Club, which introduces the 20/20/20s morning routine that entails “20 minutes of intense exercise, 20 minutes reflecting on your goals, and 20 minutes learning a new skill.”

FRANCINE DIAZ’S SECRET TO A GOOD NIGHT’S SLEEP
Francine also had to fix her sleeping problem, and discovered a "secret': she takes two Goli gummies, Sleep and Ashwagandha, a shrub that grows in Asia and Africa that is said to help reduce stress and anxiety.
In Francine'ss own words, “Mas relaxed na yung katawan ko, hindi lang katawan ko, but yung mind ko rin. So kapag before 10 p.m., tulog na ko, and then when I wake up at 4.45 a.m.
"Mas masasabi kong energized ako and ready for the day. I am ready na for anything."

FRANCINE DIAZ’S MOTIVATION
When asked about her workout, she replied, “Secret, but hindi naman para super sexier or whatever. Gusto ka lang maging fit yung katawan ko.”
Her daily health goal goes beyond the food and fitness. It’s about her well-being.
So here's her three tips to whose who want to lead a healthy lifestyle:
“First of all, take care of your mental health. Second, take good care of yourself everyday. And third, do whatever makes you happy.”
She does not seem to be the type who sets long-term goals, and simply lives her life day by day.
When asked about what she hopes to achieve this 2024, this was her answer: “To be happy, to be a better version of myself, and, of course, more projects. So, thank you!”
