GMA-7 host Kim Atienza has recovered from COVID-19.
On Friday, June 3, 2022, the 55-year-old Mars Pa More host took to Instagram to reveal that he is now free from the deadly coronavirus.
Kuya Kim uploaded a video of him lip-syncing to the song "I Won’t Let Go" by American country music group Rascal Flatts.
"I am now 100 percent healed of covid," the former It's Showtime host wrote in the caption of his post.
He continued, "Thank you dear God for being there for me ALL the time."
Kuya Kim also shared the Bible verse Psalm 91:2-3 in the caption of his post which reads, "I will say of the LORD, 'He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.' Surely he will save you from the fowler’s snare and from the deadly pestilence."

Kuya Kim's celebrity followers on Instagram are happy to see that he has fully recovered from COVID-19.
Among the first to comment is singer-actress Geneva Cruz. She wrote, "Yay! Im so happy! Ingat, friend! [emoji] @kuyakim_atienza!!!
It's Showtime host Ogie Alcasid commented, "Praise the Lord"
GMA-7 news anchor Connie Sison told Kuya Kim, "God is good! [emoji] Happy to know you’re ok"
Kapuso network's veteran broadcast journalist Arnold Clavio wrote in the comments section, "God is good!"
Meanwhile, celebrity mom Cheska Garcia wrote, "Wonderful news! Good morning indeed!"



It was last May 28, 2022 when Kuya Kim revealed that he got infected by the coronavirus.
The Kapuso host had to isolate himself at home away from his family and was forced to miss the graduation of his daughter Eliana.
Part of his caption read, "I took a leave for this day I was sooo looking forward to but covid took the better of me and I had to isolate at home."
