Louis Vuitton, the French international brand well-known in the fashion industry, is also into the hospitality industry.

It has, in fact, opened a few restos during the pandemic.

The latest to open is its branch called Gaggan at Louis Vuitton in Bangkok, Thailand, just this February 2024.

It is so named because it's the brand's collaboration with Indian chef Gaggan Anand.

Gaggan is reputed for his innovative at unconventional ways in presenting Indian food. He is also the first-ever Indian chef to receive the highly-coveted Michelin stars.
