Louis Vuitton, the French international brand well-known in the fashion industry, is also into the hospitality industry.
It has, in fact, opened a few restos during the pandemic.
The latest to open is its branch called Gaggan at Louis Vuitton in Bangkok, Thailand, just this February 2024.
It is so named because it's the brand's collaboration with Indian chef Gaggan Anand.
Gaggan is reputed for his innovative at unconventional ways in presenting Indian food. He is also the first-ever Indian chef to receive the highly-coveted Michelin stars.

HOW MUCH TO DINE at LV RESTO
A caveat: being a premium brand, Louis Vuitton menu prices are not cheap.
Here are details of its Bangkok branch in Lumpini, Patthumwan, available in its official website. Dining in the Gaggand at Louis Vuitton resto is done through booking.
DINING ROOM
An eight-course lunch meal is worth 4,000 baht (PHP6,275) or more, while a 17-course dinner is worth 8,000 baht (PHP12,551) or more.
Corkage is 10,000 baht per bottle or PHP15,689. Only wine is allowed inside.
For the main dining room, booking is only up to four people.
PRIVATE DINING ROOM
A fancier experience at the restaurant's private dining room requires full pre-payment: for lunch, a minimum spending of 50,000 baht (PHP78,443) and for dinner, 100,000 baht (PHP156,886).
They also don't give refund if the reservation does not reach 100,000 baht for dinner.
They can accommodate up to six person per booking.

They allow guest as young as 12 years old, but alcohol is only served to customers aged 20 and above.
Bringing food and other beverages is not allowed, also pets.
Dress code is smart casual.
They have Le Café V at Sugalabo V restauants in Osaka, Japan, which opened in 2020.
They also have a summer café in Saint-Tropez in France.
The brand also has a luxury chocolate store, the Le Chocolate Maxime Frederic in Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.
Louis Vuitton is also scheduled to open in 2026 the high-end LV Hotel in Champ Elysees, where its corporate headquarter is located in Paris.
