Jinkee Pacquiao was spotted at two key events today, July 24.
First, she accompanied her husband, Senator Manny Pacquiao, to the opening of the 17th Congress' second regular session at the Senate Session Hall in Pasay City.
And, later, at the Batasang Pambansa in Quezon City where President Duterte delivered his second State of the Nation Address (SONA).
SENATE SESSION. Jinkee is a picture of understated elegance in her first OOTD designed by Paul Cabral. It has a pretty Peter Pan collar and a gorgeous skirt billowing in intricate floral embroidery.
She captioned her Instagram photo with: "At the office of Senator @mannypacquiao and opening of the 2nd Regular Session of the 17th Congress. #Sona2017#forGodandcountry"
For his part, Senator Manny Pacquiao looks clean-cut in barong designed by Francis Libiran.

She paired her dress with a pair of Dolce & Gabbana Taormina Lace Belluci Pumps with Floral Brooch. On the brand's website, the shoes cost $1,150 or roughly PHP60,000.

Celebrity hairstylist Brent Sales gave Jinkee a mid-part bob, while make-up artist Juan Sarte did her fresh make-up look.

SONA. Jinkee changed into another Paul Cabral creation—a black and white lace dress with floral appliques.
To complete her OOTD, she toted a black minaudiere and wore her Manolo Blahnik Hangisi pumps in blush pink.
