Adhering to the "working clothes" dress code during the first State of the Nation Address of President Rodrigo Duterte, Lucy Torres-Gomez wore a Filipiniana top by Randy Ortiz and slim black skirt.
It turned out, her blouse belonged to her husband, Ormoc City Mayor Richard Gomez.
On Instagram, she wrote, "One of Richard's @randy_e_ortiz barongs, reworked into a Filipiniana top for yesterday's SONA (Randy simply downsized and added a high lace collar).
"Wore this tucked into a slim black skirt.
"Thank you, Honey @richardgomezinstagram! You did not even know I raided your barong closet last week."
On Instagram, Richard's manager Pia Campos commented: "Hanap niya barong niya Pero Di Na kasya Sa Kanya..."
The congresswoman joked, "When he tries to wear it again, crop top na sa kanya!"
And since working clothes may be the standard dress code during Digong's term, Lucy added, "Watch me do more of these with his other barongs."
Meanwhile, her daughter Juliana wore a Nuevo Ystilo barong dress.

Does Juliana's barong dress look familiar?
Almost a month ago, Marian Rivera wore a similar dress at the Inauguration of Vice President Leni Robredo.
Juliana however folded her sleeves.
