Longchamp welcomed Summer 2026 with unmistakable Parisian ease as its latest collection, Catch the Parisian Wave, made a stylish splash in Manila.
The brand’s breezy new line became the focal point of an intimate shopping affair that brought together tastemakers and celebrities alike.
Held on March 20, 2026, the event took place at Longchamp’s newest boutique at The Shoppes at Solaire Resort in Parañaque City, setting the scene for an afternoon imbued with French elegance and relaxed sophistication.
Celebrity stylist Melville Sy, alongside his creative collective Studio24.C, hosted the gathering in partnership with SSI Life.
Designed by Creative Director Sophie Delafontaine, Longchamp’s Summer 2026 Catch the Parisian Wave collection was first unveiled at Paris Fashion Week in October 2025.
The line-up channels effortless Parisian chic through ocean-inspired silhouettes, vibrant pop colors, solar prints, and free-spirited designs that swap city streets for sun-drenched shores.
At the shopping party, these elements came to life as guests explored the collection firsthand.
Here are the celebrities PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) spotted at the event—and the Longchamp pieces they couldn’t resist.
MARIAN RIVERA
For Marian Rivera, Longchamp’s Le Roseau Handbag XS in Paper perfectly captures her idea of an ideal spring bag.
During the shopping party, however, the actress also got a piece for her daughter Zia—a Le Pliage tote in the same shade.
According to Marian, it was a special request from Zia herself, who is already a devoted Longchamp fan.
She shared: "So ito yung favorite ni Zia. Ang tawag nila dito is La Pliage. So ito yung gusto niya... gusto niya more on clean lang and then parang ako siya, more on classic talaga din."

CAPRICE CAYEANO
Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab 2.0 Big Winner Caprice Cayetano brought a playful pop of color to the shopping party, carrying an extra-small Longchamp Le Foulonnée leather bag that she described as "very me."
Talking about her choice, Caprice shared: "My bag for today is this very cute Longchamp pink bag. I'm really big fan of small bags. And sakto po siya dahil... pink po yung color ko sa PBB. And this is what I'm wearing today."
The Longchamp XS Le Foulonnée Leather Bag is available at Longchamp stores for PHP 16,000.
WAYNONA COLLINGS
The Le Pliage Energy XS in orange added the perfect pop of color to former Pinoy Big Brother housemate Waynona Collings’s monochromatic yellow OOTD, making her look instantly summer-ready.
The bold bag complemented her head-to-toe palette while keeping the overall look fresh and playful.
Waynona shared her styling preference: "This is my bag choice of the day. I went for a very summer look. That's why it's like orange, then yellow-on-yellow. So yeah, this is my choice."

MELVILLE SY
Celebrity stylist Melville Sy also selected a few favorites from the French brand’s Summer 2026 collection, with the Épure Crossbody in Slate standing out among his top picks.
When asked what drew him to the bag, he said: "It's all leather and it fits all my essentials."

CHANTY VIDELA
Stars on the Floor finalist Chanty Videla's first Longchamp bag was also the iconic Le Pliage, but during the shopping party, her attention was drawn to the sleek Looong bag in green.
Talking about the design that caught her eye, Chanty said: "Actually, kanina ko pa tinitingnan yung bag na andon. It's, I think, like green, baby green, lime green na mahabang bag."
Longchamp's Looong bag comes with a price tag of PHP42,500.
JANEENA CHAN
Similar to Melville Sy, Janeena could not also take her eyes off the Longchamp Épure Crossbody in Slate.
Sharing why the bag stood out to her, she said: "So, I'm wearing the Epure in XS Slate. I really love this color. It's a refreshing yet neutral blue, so I love that.
"Yes, it is colored, so you can add a little bit more, vibrancy into your outfits while still being kind of neutral, so you can pair a lot of outfits with this."
