The star-studded affair, held at the Manila Marriott Hotel, celebrated its fourth year with a purpose—raising funds for the GMA Kapuso Foundation’s relief efforts.
“I wanted to wait for the right moment,” Heart revealed in a candid exchange with the event hosts.
How did she decide that this was the right time to use it?
She answered: "I think it's a feeling you get when you know it's the right moment. This is the right time, because it's a date too. I needed to show up today."
Asked about Chiz's reaction to his wife's outfit of the evening, the senate president could not hide his admiration.
“Parang di makahinga. In English, breathtaking,” he said.
