Teen sensation Sofia "Fyang" Smith dazzled in her debut at the Star Magical Christmas 2024.
Fyang was among the celebrities who graced the ball's white carpet held at Solaire Resort North in Quezon City on Sunday, November 24, 2024.
And the Pinoy Big Brother winner did not disappoint.
She wore a magnificent fairy-inspired lavender dress that perfectly captured the "Whimsical Christmas" theme of the event.
Fyang's dress was a creation of designer Ehrran Montoya and styled by Drew Lacia.
In a brief conversation with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) via Facebook Messenger, Ehrran revealed that the look was actually Fyang's own idea.
Ehrran further elaborated on the creative inspiration behind the design. He said (published as is): "When Fyang went here to the atelier, she requested for a fairy-inspired ensemble in Lavender shade since it's the color of her branding.
"I designed a 'Garden Nymph' inspired look to match with this year's theme 'Whimsical Christmas'. We use our signature wing details combined with ruffles to make it more romantic."
Ehrran mentioned that Fyang's dress required more than "168 hours" to create, involving intricate layering and the addition of floral lace appliqués, all exquisitely adorned with crystals.
The designer told PEP, "It is a corseted bodice paired with gloves and stockings adorned with floral lace appliqués, embellished with crystals."
Make-up artist Japeth nMike Purog was behind Fyang's fairy-inspired beauty look, which was enhanced with shimmering glitters that beautifully complemented her whimsical dress.
Fyang's hair, styled into a flawless bun for the headpiece by Aryan Buccat, completed the enchanting ensemble.
