Ahtisa was among the top 10 finalists who graced the stage in the evening gown competition.
The 27-year-old beauty queen mesmerized everyone in an iridescent gown custom-made by Filipino designer Mak Tumang.
Mak is also the creative mind behind Catriona Gray's iconic "Lava Gown" for Miss Universe 2018.
Ahtisa's gown, reminiscent of the galaxy, perfectly matched the Miss Cosmo pageant's "cosmic" theme.

THE INSPIRATION BEHIND AHTISA MANALO'S EVENING GOWN
After the evening gown competition, Mak Tumang shared a closer look at his creation on social media.
The gown was embellished with thousands of multi-colored crystals on a skin-toned base, producing a stunning "galaxy" effect.
Its purple gradient at the bottom further enhanced the gown's celestial resemblance.

In the caption of his post, Mak shared that his inspiration for Ahtisa's gown came from the iridescent colors of the cosmos.
He explained how the shifting hues of stars and galaxies against the dark backdrop mirror the magical interplay of colors on iridescent surfaces, both captivating and inviting a sense of wonder.
The designer's caption read: "Iridescence captivates with its shifting colors, reminiscent of the cosmos. Just as stars and galaxies display a spectrum of hues against the dark void, iridescent surfaces change with light and angle, creating a magical interplay. Both evoke a sense of wonder, inviting us to explore the beauty of our universe."
