Paris Fashion Week is back with loads of treats for its Filipino spectators.
The event became particularly special with the participation of some of the country’s most celebrated stars, not just as front-row guests but also as runway models.
One of the standout moments was delivered by Pinoy Big Brother: Lucky 7 Big Winner and acclaimed biritera, Maymay Entrata, who made her runway debut and turned heads.

MAYMAY WALKS FOR PHAN HUY AND LEO ALMODAL
On September 30, 2024, Maymay made a remarkable impression when she walked for Phan Huy, a Vietnamese couture house known for its bridal ready-to-wear collections.
Her first look was an embodiment of ethereal grace, featuring a gossamer top with a straight neckline and chic tail cut.
The ensemble was paired with a silver skirt adorned with intricate metal floral beads, creating a dazzling yet sophisticated appearance.
She lit up the runway with her poise and confidence, effortlessly showcasing an outfit that blended modern couture with timeless bridal elegance
On social media she expressed her gratitude and excitement, captioning her post with: "My first runway in Paris Fashion Week, I will for sure treasure this talaga, thank you so much for having me po"
Her second runway look for Phan Huy was equally captivating, featuring a boatneck A-line sheer tulle dress that exuded femininity and refinement.
The dress was accentuated by black velvet fabric cuts that added structure and contrast to the ethereal tulle.
Completing the look was a crown made of small rhombus-shaped velvet pieces that are carefully stitched together in a continuous sequence, enhancing the dramatic and regal effect.

Keeping the momentum going, Maymay also had the honor of walking for Filipino haute couture brand Leo Almodal.
As part of the brand's Spring/Summer 2025 collection themed around opulence and grandeur, the Kapamilya star stunned the audience with a ballgown in a regal ivory hue.
The gown, adorned with intricate gold embellishments, was topped with a striking golden sunshine headdress, embodying both elegance and power.

After making her mark on the runway for Phan Huy and Leo Almodal, Maymay continued her Paris Fashion Week journey as a special guest invited to watch the highly anticipated show of Maison Yoshiki.
Her subsequent post conveyed a sense of being completely absorbed by the magic of the moment.
She described, "I don’t know why, but this just hit me hard po – the music, the style, the whole vibe.
"It felt like I was watching this amazing show all by myself, totally caught in the moment.
"It was a memorable first, one I’ll carry with me forever. Huge thanks to @maisonyoshiki @yoshikiofficial for making me feel something real."
Maymay performs in Paris
To cap off her visit in the City of Love, Maymay had the privilege to perform her hit songs in front of her Filipino and French fans.
She wrote in a social media post on October 3, 2024: "Blessed to be part of Fil-French Show in Paris!! [heart eyes emoji]"
Maymay extended her heartfelt thanks to Kapamilya TFC (The Filipino Channel) and MYX Global for what she described as a "merveilleux experience."
She was for the chance to bring a piece of home to Paris, noting that the opportunity to perform in front of a diverse crowd felt like a beautiful fusion of her Filipino roots and her growing international fan base.
