One of Gigi De Lana's dreams came true when, finally, she got to wear a Michael Cinco gown.
Gigi looked effortlessly stunning in her crystallized red gown during her concert titled DOMINATION: Gigi De Lana and the Gigi Vibes at the National Theatre in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E last Friday, March 18, 2022.
On Sunday, the 26-year-old YouTube sensation took to Instagram to express her gratitude to Michael for allowing her to wear the gorgeous gown.
Gigi wrote in the caption of her post, "It is a dream! a memory, a moment that we Gigi Vibes will remember and treasure. thank you! And of course I will never forget! This Gorgeous Red crystallized by non other than The @michael5inco [heart emoji]"
The scarlet red ombré couture gown was the same one that Michael made for Miss Universe 2016 Iris Mittenaere for her final walk at the Miss Universe 2017 pageant in Las Vegas.
At that time, Iris passed on the Miss Universe title to her successor, South Africa's Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters.
On Tuesday, March 22, 2022, Michael uploaded a video of Gigi from the concert where she is seen emerging on stage wearing his masterpiece.
In the video, Gigi got a little emotional and said, "[This concert] is already more memorable because... I am in a Michael Cinco gown!
"Thank you very much! It is an honor to wear one of your creations. Salamat, Michael Cinco! It's so beautiful!"
For his part, the Dubai-based fashion designer thanked Filipino stylists Khel Rcuenco and Ryan Banks for dressing up Gigi with his creation.
