Ara Mina looked every inch a princess on her wedding day.
The 42-year-old actress tied the knot with Philippine International Trading Corporation (PITC) Undersecretary Dave Almarinez in a church wedding ceremony held at Alphaland Baguio Mountain Lodges Chapel, Baguio City on Wednesday, June 30, 2021.
She wore a fully crystallized ball gown by Leo Almodal.
It was a gift from her sisters Heidi Gatmaytan and Cristine Reyes.

Just like most brides, Ara made sure she had "something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue."
This tradition is actually derived from the Victorian era's old-English rhyme, "Something Olde, Something New, Something Borrowed, Something Blue, A Sixpence in your Shoe," which, according to Knot.com, names the four good-luck items, including the sixpence, a bride should note when planning her wedding outfit.
They are usually small tokens of love from the bride's mother, sister, other relatives and/or friends.
Back to Ara, PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) found out that her "something borrowed" were two gorgeous pairs of earrings from Janis Fine Jewelry, the jeweler who also reset Ara's 4.50-carat heirloom engagement ring.
The pair of earrings Ara wore during the ceremony has a total of 10 carats or 5 carats each piece.

Here's a closer look at the round diamond earrings.

For the reception, Ara paired her Francis Libiran gown with 5.5-carat diamond drop earrings.

Here's a closer look:

Ara's "something new" was her full eternity round diamond ring that the jeweler designed to match the wedding ring that was given to her husband as a gift.
At press time, the couple has yet to share a photo of their wedding rings.
