Kathryn Bernardo has opened her closet once again.
This time, the ABS-CBN actress gives in to her fans' request for her to do a vlog about her favorite designer shoes.
In the video posted on her official YouTube channel on March 21, 2021, Kathryn showed her most cherished pairs of luxury shoes.

Whether it's a designer bag or luxury shoes, Kathryn believes it must be classic and timeless.
This is why she got herself a nude pair of Christian Louboutin Lady Peep-toe pumps.
In her vlog, Kathryn said, "I think ito iyong most used pair ko among all my shoes because I got this when I was 18, I'm turning 25 now and I'm still using this.
"So I think, it's one of the most used and pinaka-practical na nabili kong heels."
Kathryn loved her nude pair so much, she bought two more pairs: in black and in white.
She further explained, "I like it so much because it makes my legs long. Kasi, I don't know, six inches ata siya, or even higher, and it's very classic.
"You know me, if you watch my video about the bags, I like to go [for] classic pieces most of the time. This one is a must-have for me."

For red-carpet events and other special occasions, Kathryn brings out the Nudist, a pair of strappy sandals by Stuart Weitzman.
She loves this pair because she can comfortably walk in these high heels. She added, "Kaya kong mag-stand on these heels for like hours."
Kathryn also said, "Usually, I wear this pair every time I have events, pag usually naka-gown ako or medyo formal, I wear this. I like it because it's very comfy, but still, it's pretty."

Kathryn also has a number of flat shoes in her closet. One of her favorites is the Gucci Brixton Loafers.
She explained, "For a time nauso ito, and parang lahat nakita ko nakaganito. But I feel like good buy siya because hindi siya naluluma, like 10 years from now, puwede ko pa ito masuot and it's super comfortable.
"Usually, I wear this with parang iyong naka-trousers ako na bitin or kapag naka-shorts ako na parang casual lang or naka-blazer ka and shorts, this is perfect for that."

Kathryn bought this pair of Chanel Lace-Up Oxfords during her trip to Amsterdam in 2018.
She said, "Na-in love ako sa pair na ito because it's so nice. Ang ganda ng combination ng black and white. Comfortable naman siya gamitin."
Ballerina Flats
When Kathryn wants to wear something comfortable, Kathryn's go-to pair is Chanel's ballerina flats.
She got a red pair in the brand's patent leather as a gift from her boyfriend Daniel Padilla. Kathryn said she rarely uses this pair of shoes because of its sentimental value.
She said, "I like this because DJ gave this to me, so this pair is very important. Very sentimental ako na tao so hindi ko siya masyado sinusuot kasi ayoko siya magasgas. Patent [leather] siya so gasgasin.
"In fact, nagsisi ako one time kasi nung nag-San Francisco kami, sinuot ko siya and then sobrang nagasgas. Ginamit para mag-hike, parang, 'Huh? Bakit?' So inaalagaan ko siya ngayon kasi nga gift siya ni DJ for me."

What Kathryn loves about it is that it looks sleek and clean.
She said, "Every time I wear this, feeling ko hindi ako naka-heels. Super liit lang nung heels, mababa lang pero ang ganda niya sa paa, ang linis niya tignan."

When it comes to a statement pair, Kathryn loves her red bow satin pumps by Gianvito Rossi.
In her vlog, Kathryn recalled one of the memorable times she wore this pair.
She said, "I remember I wore this pair when we shot YES! Magazine 100 Most Beautiful with DJ, ito iyong sinuot ko with a red dress.
"Medyo mahirap lang siya ternohan, but if you want to invest on something na may pop of color, something na parang iba lang, I think this is a good pair."

Toward the end of her vlog, Kathryn reminded her followers that it is okay to treat or reward oneself for anything—may it be shoes or bags.
Kathryn often rewards herself with designer items to continue motivating herself to do her best at work.
She explained, "'It's okay to reward yourself once in a while. We have different ways to reward ourselves, like iyong iba, it's traveling.
"Iyong iba naman, it's rewarding themselves with shoes, a bag, and there's nothing wrong with that. May iba-iba tayong way.
"For me lang, as long as you set a limit, and as long as you're in moderation, then go for it.
"Lalo ako, I work hard every day and I feel like pag meron akong pinagtrabahuhan na bagay, like if it's shoes or bags, mas nate-treasure ko kasi alam ko na pinaghirapan ko iyon."
The Kapamilya actress also believes that rewarding yourself is a form of self-love.
She told her followers, "So sana kayo din, don't feel bad about yourself kapag bibili kayo ng something for you because you deserve it.
"If it makes you happy, if it makes you motivated to work even more, then go and buy that shoes or kung ano man ang gusto mong bilhin for yourself.
"There's nothing wrong with that. For me, that's self-love."
