Isinauli ng maintenance worker na si Alexander Nuñez, empleyado sa Cauayan Airport sa lalawigan ng Isabela, ang napulot niyang wallet na naglalaman ng PHP78,595 at ilang piraso ng U.S. dollars.
Natagpuan niya ang mga items sa isang luggage cart sa parking area ng airport noong August 13, 2023.
Agad niyang dinala ang wallet sa Lost and Found section ng airport.

Ayon sa Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP), naibalik na sa may-ari ang wallet noon ding August 13.
Nagkataon na nang magtanong ang may-ari sa Security and Intelligence Service section ay naibigay na ni Alexander ang wallet sa Lost and Found section.

SECOND TIME NANG NAGSAULI
Hindi naman ito ang unang pagkakataon na nagsauli si Alexander ng napulot niyang items na naiwan ng pasahero sa airport.
Noong July 3, nakakita siya ng envelope na may lamang PHP82,000 cash, mobile phone, at mahahalagang dokumento sa isang baggage cart.
Naisauli sa may-ari ang mga items matapos ma-identify sa pamamagitan ng mga dokumento.
Sa post ng CAAP sa official Facebook page nito noong August 10, ibinalitang ginawaran si Alexander ng parangal dahil sa kanyang pagiging honest.

Ayon sa post ng CAAP na may kalakip na larawan ng empleyado at ilang opisyal (published as is), “Let's give a big shoutout to Mr. Alexander Nuñez, our incredible Airport Facility Staff at Cauayan Airport! CAAP is thrilled to share that he has received a well-deserved Certificate of Appreciation from CAAP Director General Captain Manuel Antonio Tamayo and Deputy Director General for Operations Captain Edgardo Diaz for his heartwarming honesty and integrity.”
Binanggit sa post ang unang pagkakataon na nagsauli si Alexander ng nawawalang items ng pasahero.

Heto naman ang pahayag ng CAAP noong August 14, matapos muling magsauli ni Alexander ng nakitang items:
