Single mother Sunshine Cruz was ecstatic to see her daughter Angelina graduate from junior high school.
The celebrity mom and her beau Macky Mathay witnessed Angelina’s moving up ceremony earlier today, March 23, at the De La Salle Santiago Zobel School in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
The 16-year-old singer was an awardee for “Exemplary Conduct.”
Sunshine wrote a short and sweet message for Angelina on Instagram: “Congratulations, anak. I am so proud of you. I love you! [heart emoji]”
Angelina is the eldest among her daughters including Samantha, 13, and Chesca, 11.
In a previous interview with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal), Sunshine took pride in her daughters’ academic achievements.
"I'm proud to say that my kids, my three girls, are honor students in La Salle, so very confident si Mommy.
"And I know that they’ll grow up to be good people naman because I always talk to them, parang barkada, we’re like barkadas, and I think it's working naman."
