July 23 now marks two of the most special moments in Alfred Vargas and Yasmine Espiritu's life as a couple.
It was on the same day last year when the Quezon City District 5 representative asked for his wife's hand in marriage again, this time, for a church wedding.
The couple first wed in a civil ceremony at the Supreme Court last 2010.
Today, July 23, 2017, Yasmine and Alfred's union at the Manila Cathedral was witnessed by their two daughters Alexandra and Aryana, respective families, and closest friends .

Meanwhile, all eyes were on the stunning bride in her white gown as she walked down the aisle.
Before reaching the end of the aisle, where the groom was waiting, the bride paused to share a tender moment with her daughters.
Among the special guests were (L-R) Quezon City Vice Mayor Joy Belmonte, Vice President Leni Robredo, and former Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Mar Roxas.
