South Korean actor Lee Do-hyun wrapped up his first-ever fan meeting in the Philippines.
And the final stop—held at the EVM Convention Center in Quezon City on August 2, 2025—was filled with warmth, laughter, music, and kilig.
Despite the typical weekend traffic, fans flocked to the venue with their lightsticks, handmade banners, and unmatched energy.
This event also served as Do-hyun’s first international fan meeting since finishing his military duty in May.
Instead of simply gracing the stage with rehearsed scripts and surface-level fan service, Lee Do-hyun offered something far more meaningful: his authenticity.
The event unfolded not as a spectacle, but as an intimate heart-to-heart between a rising star and the fans who helped him shine.

LEE DO-HYUN TALKS LIFE BEYOND THE CAMERA
From the moment he walked onstage, Lee Do-hyun made it clear that the night was special.
Dressed casually and carrying his guitar, he greeted the crowd:
“I originally wanted to become an athlete, but my parents were against it," he began.
“While I was thinking about what I wanted to do, I was watching a movie, and I really fell in love.
"So I enrolled myself in an acting school and continued my studies in college. That’s how I became an actor.”
During one touching segment, he read letters written by fans—one of which said, "We want to see you healthy, happy, and creative for a very, very long time."
Visibly moved, he responded: “I’ll also cheer for all of you. Probably, seeing me act is my way of cheering and giving back the support to you. So I’ll do my best to cheer more for you by acting more.”
When asked about his signature scent, he answered, “I like the baby powder scent. Baby powder and soap. Fresh, clean scent.”
But perhaps the most emotional moment of the night came when a fan-made video montage played on screen.
As he watched in silence, emotion washed over him.
“It’s very unimaginably amazing that you are pouring out so much love and support to somebody that you've never met in real before,” he said, voice cracking.
“For me to receive that great love, it's just really overwhelming.”
Whether sharing career lessons, reflecting on his past, or simply being playful, Do-hyun made it clear: he wasn’t just there to be seen—he was there to connect.

LIGHTHEARTED MOMENTS AND LOCAL SURPRISES
The fan meeting was also filled with surprises, performances, and adorable attempts at speaking Tagalog that made the crowd fall in love with him all over again.
Do-hyun’s musical side took center stage as he performed "Unspoken" by Lee Seung-yoon, impressing the audience with both his vocals and guitar skills.
He followed it up with a mix of emotional and upbeat songs, including “You Remember” (from The Glory OST), “Feeling Good” by Michael Bublé, and a high-energy version of Billy Joel’s “Piano Man.”
Each song, he explained, was carefully chosen to match the emotions he wanted to share—whether it was melancholy, hope, or joy.
To give the Manila leg a Pinoy touch, he danced to BINI’s “Pantropiko,” eliciting endless cheers from the audience, and tried his best to pronounce “walang uuwi,” rallying fans with, “I’m not going to end this today. Don’t think of going home, okay?”
Another unforgettable highlight? When he blurted out “Mahal kita” with 200% cuteness before jokingly exiting the stage—only to return seconds later, laughing along with the crowd.

PARTING WORDS AND A PROMISE
As the event came to a close, it was clear that the night had left its mark—not just on fans, but on Lee Do-hyun himself.
“Because it’s the last stop, right now is the most memorable moment,” he said.
“When I think of you, I also think of Manila. Every time I hear about Manila, I’ll be smiling like that.”
And while parting is always bittersweet, he left fans with a promise.
“I’ll be back next year or the year after. And I promised, I’ll do my concert when I return.”
Along with that, he teased his next steps: a new K-drama series coming in early 2026, and more opportunities to connect with his growing fanbase around the world.
But for those lucky enough to be at the EVM Convention Center that night, no announcement could top the experience of seeing Lee Do-hyun—unfiltered, sincere, and fully present—making the audience feel not like spectators, but like part of his journey.
The fan meet was staged by LUNARI GLOBAL, a live event promoter and entertainment company specializing in concerts, fan meets, and brand activations across Southeast Asia.
