Janeena and Morgan have chosen the Santuario de San Jose Parish in Greenhills, Mandaluyong City, as the venue for their church wedding.
In an interview with PEP.ph, Janeena revealed that the church holds significant sentimental value, particularly for her husband Morgan.
She said, "It’s actually where my now husband hears mass every Sunday. It was also where my sister got married.
"However, the priest and choir are from my village church. So it felt like the best for both worlds for us."
Gideon Hermosa skillfully transforms Morgan and Janeena's wedding ceremony venue into a Classic Christmas wonderland.
His mastery in event styling is evident in the meticulous arrangement of Christmas trees, lights, garlands, red bows, and flowers, enhancing the sophistication and holiday ambiance of the place.
Janeena explained that she and Morgan opted for a Christmas-themed wedding because they share a profound love for the season and also fell in love during Christmas.
The choice serves as a tribute to God, whom they believe brought them together and blessed them with their relationship.
In her words, "We chose a Christmas theme because we have a deep love for the season and also because we fell in love during Christmas time!
"Additionally, it serves as a tribute to God, who is the very reason for love itself.
"We genuinely believe that He brought us together and bestowed upon us the gift of our relationship.
"Christmas embodies the essence of love, family, holiday joy, and hope, making it the perfect season to embark on a new journey and create a home together!"
Reflecting on her wedding day, Janeena pinpointed her bridal march as the quintessential highlight.
She explained, "The bridal entrance in the church hearing the choir sing my requested song — a one-liner opener of 'Somebody To Love' by Queen and followed by a romantic choir version of 'What Dreams Are Made Of' from the Lizzie McGuire the movie! - millennials would know haha"

In his heartfelt message, Morgan pledges to be a loving partner and a protector, vowing to support Janeena in pursuing her dreams.

Janeena shared that their arrival at the Manila Peninsula for the wedding reception is a sentimental memory for her.
She elaborated, "The fun and heartwarming bridal welcome of The Peninsula where our guests were waving, cheering, and welcoming us from The Upper Lobby!
"The energy was simply amazing! Here comes the bride was played live via their musicians, and the whole hotel stopped to cheer for us in that moment!
Guests are treated to a delightful hot cocoa and gingerbread cookies station in the hotel lobby, courtesy of the hotel and Audrey's Pastries.
Gideon adeptly translates his artistic vision into reality, turning the venue into a mesmerizing Christmas wonderland in collaboration with 4th Wall Group.
His meticulous attention to detail is evident in the incorporation of red-and-white colored Christmas ornaments, vibrant flowers, adorned Christmas trees, festive garlands, elegantly set tables and chairs, and uniquely styled plates.
Cakes By Mannix crafts the wedding cake in an elegant white and gold design, featuring a towering Christmas tree.
Unlike most couples, Janeena and Morgan chose not to hire an events host for their wedding reception.
Instead, they decided to host the reception themselves, a choice that makes sense given Janeena's career as an events host.
Janeena said, "I was always hands-on throughout the entire planning process, and it wouldn’t be my event if I didn’t speak, interact and react to our guests and the program.
"It was made even more meaningful because both myself and my now husband both really got to connect with everyone and share our POV."
Janeena mentioned that they did get a hand from Tim to handle hosting duties for certain parts of the event.
"We also had Tim Yap facilitate and host some parts like when we entered the ballroom and cut the cake so we weren’t frantic! Haha."
The night became truly memorable as the couple received touching messages and tips about married life from their guests.
Janeena said, "Feeling the love from our guests, family, and godparents! We even got to interview them during the reception about marriage tips for us, and the whole event was simply merry, light, and bright!"
For their wedding reception, the couple collaborates with Tally PH to present a perfume bar as a thoughtful gesture, offering guests Christmas scents and a mirror selfie station.
Capturing the memorable moments of the event, Nice Print Photo takes charge of photography and videography.
Meanwhile, the intricate details and seamless execution of the wedding are expertly handled by Anj Almeda Events, the wedding coordinator.
For now, Janeena disclosed that she and her husband are focusing on settling into their new life as a married couple.
However, they do have ambitious plans for their upcoming honeymoon trip.
Janeena told PEP.ph, "We will be adjusting to married life first, then the honeymoon is in January in Barcelona + other parts of Europe as a side trip!"
