Former Ang Probinsyano child star Xymon Pineda, popularly known as Onyok, has reached a significant milestone as he completes his elementary education with honors.
The young actor's parents took to his Instagram account to share the good news.
The heartwarming post's caption read, "Congratulations Kuya Xymon Ezekiel! [emojis]
"I'm so proud of you anak! Stay humble, obedient, and always trust in the Lord with all your heart."
Onyok's commitment extends beyond his acting career, encompassing his dedication to his studies.
At the age of seven, in 2018, he demonstrated his academic achievements by sharing the results of his Mathematics First Unit Test, where he scored an impressive 78 out of 80.

Apparently, studying has always been a regular practice for Onyok, as validated by his former co-star, Awra Briguela, who stated in an interview, "Sa tent namin, sa dressing room, may mga dala siyang libro.
"Gusto talaga niyang mag-aral at napakatalinong bata niya."
Furthermore, Onyok's academic accomplishments were recognized when he appeared on the list of pupils with high honors in March of that same year.
He was also presented with four certificates, as mentioned in the caption: "The only one who received the 'SCHOLASTIC AWARD' in the class, Academic Excellence Award, Eager Beaver Award, and Perfect Attendance."

Onyok garnered his initial acclaim when he took on the role of Cardo Dalisay's endearing sidekick in the defunct ABS-CBN series Ang Probinsyano.

Having been part of the show since its inception in September 2015, Onyok's portrayal of his character left a profound impact on the audience. His catchphrase—"Hay nako! Ayos!"—became a favorite expression among viewers.

In May 2017, Onyok bid farewell to Ang Probinsyano, after his character reunited with his long-lost mother, played by Alessandra de Rossi.
Although his departure saddened many fans, it also opened doors for Onyok to explore fresh opportunities beyond the confines of the series.
The following year, the gifted young actor showcased his versatility by participating in the reality show Your Face Sounds Familiar Kids, where he adeptly embodied the personas of various artists.
Onyok's exceptional performances earned him the impressive position of runner-up, falling just behind the immensely talented trio known as the TNT Boys.
