Cheska Garcia and Doug Kramer's eldest child Kendra Kramer is now officially a teenager.
Kendra celebrated her 13th birthday on June 25, 2022 with a small party thrown by her parents and attended by her closest friends.
In a vlog on YouTube dated July 2, 2022, Saturday, it was revealed that Doug and Cheska have bought as birthday gift to Kendra a Rolex Lady Datejust watch.
Based on the photos, Kendra's new Rolex watch has a band made of oystersteel and yellow gold. According to the brand's official website, a 28mm Lady Datejust is priced at PHP489,500.
Doug, talking to Kendra in a vlog, explained why they picked a pricey watch for her.
He said, "I think, what's the most important thing is what Mommy and I and your siblings have shown you is how quality and quantity of time is so important.
"So as a symbol of time, this is a little reminder of how precious you are and how precious time is, okay?"
Cheska quipped, "Pumayag ako kasi I'm gonna wear that too, noh!"
DADDY'S REMINDER
The video shows Doug taking Kendra's and slipping into her finger the promise ring he and Cheska gave her on her 7th birthday.
It was to symbolize a promise from Kendra as she came of age to always remember the lessons they've taught her about making independent decisions.
The former basketball player said, "So this is a reminder, Kenny, because you're now a teenager, right?
"You know that for mommy and daddy, we can only tell you so much advice and guidance.
"There will be some times that you will need to say yes on your own, say no on your own, right?
"So this is just a reminder, you know this, remember, this is your promise ring when you were seven years old. So I want you to wear it tonight.
"Remember what a promise ring is? It's an outward symbol of a promise between two people, right?
"So don't forget how Papa and Mama treat you, the love we show you... And don't give away your love so easily sweetheart. Take care of it? Okay baby?"
SCARLET'S GIFT
Kendra also received a special gift from her younger sister Scarlet: a pair of Coup De Foudre bracelets from Charriol, which they can both wear.
Scarlet told her ate, "Ate Ken, thank you for being the best sister and my best friend. You will always be my sister and I love you so much."
Cheska proudly revealed, "She bought that from her own money!"
According to the brand's official website, this bracelet is priced at PHP10,310.
Aside from Scarlet, Kendra has a younger brother named Gavin, 9.
