Ginawaran ng Military Merit Medal si Miss Universe Philippines 2021 Beatrice Luigi Gomez ng Friends of Marines (FOM) ng Philippine Marines.
Bukod dito, ginawa rin siyang Honorary Member ng nasabing samahan.
Sa Instagram ngayong araw, May 25, 2022, ibinahagi ni Beatrice ang ilang larawan niya habang ginagawaran ng medalya.
Mensahe niya sa caption, “It always feels like home. I am honored to be welcomed into a new family as an Honorary Member of Friends of Marines (FOM). I am truly honored as well to be awarded with the Military Merit Medal (3M).”
Pinasalamatan din ni Beatrice ang pamunuan ng Philippine Marine Corps Foundation at sa mismong Philippine Marines sa karangalang iginawad sa kanya.
Sabi pa ni Miss Universe Philippines 2021, “Thank you Philippine Marine Corps Foundation Inc. headed by their President LTGEN Juancho M. Sabban PN(M)(Ret) and Commandant of the Philippine Marine Corps MGEN Nestor C. Herico PN(M).”
Nangako naman si Beatrice na maglilingkod siya nang tapat sa bayan at sa mga Pilipino kaugnay sa military service.
Aniya, “Rest assured that I will continue to pursue my involvement to support military operations to serve the Filipino people.”
