It looks like Sarah Geronimo and Matteo Guidicelli are ready to have a baby after one year and five months of married life.
The Popstar Royalty turned 33 years old this Sunday, July 25.
Sarah celebrated with husband Matteo and colleagues at an unnamed restaurant.
This was when Matteo was heard saying that Sarah's birthday wish is for them to start raising a family.
Sarah was just about to blow out the candle on her birthday cake when Matteo asked her to wish for: "Babies! Babies, ha? Happy birthday!"
Celebrity stylist Liz Uy and Sarah's glam team were some of those who were with the couple for the advance birthday dinner.

Earlier today, Matteo posted on Instagram a short but sweet message for his wife Sarah.
He said, "Happy birthday my wife! Blessed to be beside a strong, beautiful, powerful, superwoman! Thank you for all the love. I love you forever."
Sarah and Matteo had been together more than six years when they tied the knot at a very private Christian wedding ceremony on February 1, 2020.
