Matteo Guidicelli is thankful to have spent his birthday yesterday, March 26, with wife Sarah Geronimo.

Matteo and Sarah celebrated the day at home with the rest of the Guidicelli family.
Matteo's mother Glenna posted photos of their family get-together on her Instagram.
Glenna's birthday message read: "Happy birthday Son!!! We are Grateful to have you.
"We are always here for you and Sarah... Remember you'll always be my baby.

Early in the day, Sarah surprised showbiz fans when she briefly took over Matteo's Instagram account.
Posting a photo of the actor in his younger years, the popstar wrote, "Happy Birthday to my loving and caring husband!!! …I love you mahal ko."
