In the caption, the 31-year-old singer notes Matteo's resemblance to Lucho, the son of Judy Ann Santos and Ryan Agoncillo.
Sarah writes, "Happy Birthday to my loving and caring husband!! Kamukha mo si Lucho Dito!! Hehe [heart emoji] I love you mahal ko."
