Miss World Philippines 2026 1st Princess Anne de Mesa understands why many people—including fellow beauty queens—choose to keep quiet about undergoing beauty enhancements.

But she believes that there’s nothing wrong with enhancing one’s appearance, especially when it helps build confidence and self-esteem.
Anne shares this perspective in an exclusive interview with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) on March 18, 2026, during the grand opening of Elyse Aesthetics’ second branch along Timog Avenue in Quezon City.
"I understand din naman people who are not so open about it," Anne tells PEP.
"Pero for me kasi I would like to inspire people that it's okay to enhance your beauty if you want to be more confident.
"If your way of being more confident is through enhancing your beauty through injections, through surgery, then I don't think there's anything wrong with that."
According to Anne, her evolving perspective on beauty was largely shaped by her own experience with aesthetic doctor Marj Salazar and cosmetic surgeob Anne Caoile.
"I became more open with changes in beauty because before siguro I would consider myself as someone na, like others, di medyo secretive pa sa mga ginagawa ko, sa mga ini-enhance ko sa face ko.
"Pero now I'm more open. Siguro it's also the environment with Elyse.
"They really take care of you, not just your physical health, but Doc Marj and Doc Anne, they also care about your emotional... your mental health, if you're okay with the changes.
"So I think it really affected my view on beauty changes... and I'm very happy to be open and to share the changes that I did with myself."
ANNE DE MESA'S BEAUTY TREATMENTS
Anne reveals some of her favorite beauty treatments—one of which is Revok50, a skin booster treatment from Italy used for overall facial rejuvenation.
The treatment helps address dull and tired-looking skin by deeply hydrating, stimulating collagen, and restoring a youthful glow.
Using a combination of high-molecular-weight Hyaluronic Acid and essential amino acids, Revok50 is designed to create a “glass-skin” effect using only a few injection points.
"I think everyone should try it. It's like a siguro once a month or once every six months na treatment. So it's like injections. Pero it's more of hyaluronic acid.
"They inject it into your skin. So sobrang ganda niya kasi yung instant effects, effect niya and long-lasting talaga. So I would highly recommend Revok50."
For skin treatments, Anne swears by mesolipo, which, according to Healthline.com, "uses injections of vitamins, enzymes, hormones, and plant extracts to rejuvenate and tighten skin, as well as remove excess fat."
According to her, this helped her reduce her waistline from 28 inches to 25 inches when she joined the Miss World Philippines 2026.
"I've tried Lipo with them, so super effective. Kasi before Miss World Philippines... I got kinda chubbier because I didn't plan on joining again.
"So lumamon lang ako nang lumamon. So super bilis yung effect nung Lipo."
When asked about other treatments she is open to exploring in the future, Anne admits her curiosity about Botox: "If given the chance, maybe I'd like to try. I've never had botox so I would like to try botox."
ANNE DE MESA'S BEAUTY ROUTINE
PEP asks the beauty queen how she maintains her glowing skin at home.
She replies with a brief description of her fuss-free beauty routine: "I think my only go-to talaga is to have moisturizer every day.
"So at least three times a day nagmo-moisturizer ako ng skin. So yun lang yun, very simple.
"Sunscreen, nothing too complicated, wala akong ng 10-step Korean routine."
As her final beauty tip, Anne emphasizes the importance of entrusting one’s beauty journey to experts.
"Doc Marj and Doc Anne, they always take care of me...My favorite thing about Elyse is that they will enhance what you already have.
"So they won't change anything, but they will enhance and... or improve kung ano yung anong meron ka na. So pinapaganda nila lalo yung mga patients nila.
"So I'm very, very thankful."
