Annabelle McDonnell indulges in beauty treatments that make her feel her best.
And Ultherapy is the "most boujee skin treatment I’ve had with Skin 101 clinic."
According to WebMD, it is a "non-invasive cosmetic treatment that uses focused ultrasound energy to lift and tighten loose skin in the face, neck, and chest."
The beauty queen elaborates: “I’ve had it on my face, and it really goes a long way in snatching your face.
"It really gets rid of any fine lines.
“Sometimes, I get puffy, especially with water weight, or if I eat something salty from the night before—and I love a savory meal.
“But Ultherapy really takes care of everything.
“It tightens your pores and it actually helps your body or skin produce more collagen in the long run, that’s why it’s snatched."
How much does it cost?
Skin 101 offers this service for PHP100,000 per session, which usually lasts about two hours.
Annabelle follows her doctor’s recommendation to keep the results consistent.
“It’s advisable to have it every six months, so, I follow the doctor’s advice.”
In preparation for her Miss Globe 2025 stint earlier this month, the young titleholder explored new non-invasive treatments.
SKIN AND BODY TREATMENTS
At the official launch of Skin 101's newest wellness treatment—Emsella—by BTL Aeshetics last September 29, 2025, the guests were asked to try any of the following services—Exomind, Exilis, and Emsella.
Annabelle chose Exilis.
She said, “Because it’s a non-invasive body contouring process that also tightens the skin.”

While Exilis is in-charge of body contouring and skin tightening, Exomind is an FDA-approved therapy that makes use of magnetic pulses to supposedly improve mental well-being by enhancing neuroplasticity and strengthening neural connections.
The brand's newest product—Emsella—breakthrough in the pelvic floor health category that enhances intimate wellness.
According to BTL Aeshetics, the technology behind it is called HIFEM or High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic Technology, which uses thousands of supramaximal contractions or is almost equivalent to 11,000 kegel exercises in one session.
How Annabelle McDonnell Tackles Insecurities with Skin care
Meanwhile, even beauty queens deal with insecurities, and Annabelle was candid about hers.
“Maybe, I’m most insecure about how oily my skin can get. I always make sure to have a niacinamide serum because in the long run, it reduces the size of your pores and it controls oiliness.”
She explains a common misconception about skin care: “We also think that if you have oily skin, you can’t moisturize.
“But, it’s the opposite. Because sometimes, you overproduce sebum and oil in your face because your skin is dry or in need of moisture.”
To address this, she has been using products recommended by her trusted dermatology clinic.
“I really appreciate Skin 101’s serum...and I think it has hyaluronic acid among other hydrating goodies.
“It takes care of my skin so it doesn’t overproduce any oil.
"And I need my make-up to last all day, o, skin care is the best prep for that.”
