Dimples Romana has been making the effort to maintain her radiant complexion over the years.
The actress was unveiled as the latest endorser of Luxe Skin's Collavera on January 15, 2024.

In her interaction with the media during the event, Dimples disclosed that, despite indulging in facials, she has never opted for any cosmetic enhancements, emphasizing her aversion to invasive procedures.
"Galaw po na parang invasive, wala po," affirmed Dimples.
"Never po ako. Never. Kasi takot ako sa needles."
Despite her avoidance of surgical interventions, she clarified her neutral stance.
"I'm not anti. Because if people want to do it, ano naman nila yun, prerogative nila.
"Personally lang, hindi ako fan," she expressed.
"So, I'm also with the clinic. The daughter of my doctor would always say, 'Oh, Dimps, puwede ka pumunta ha,' and I'm like, 'Yeah, okay lang.'
"Pero I would always just do a facial, and I would only do it maybe once a month. Once every two months. Hindi rin kasi ako ganun kadalas pumunta.
"But I guess that's also the reason why I have to take care of it [skin] from the get-go.
Like at home, I have to make sure I drink the supplements I need.
"Collavera does that for you. It makes you glow."
Supporting its effects, she related a conversation she had with her make-up artist earlier in the day: "Sabi ko, 'Mars, no foundation tayo today. Highlight-highlight lang nang slight.'
"Pero it's really, kasi the make-up, when you put highlighter on, it's nice when you have good skin kasi the base is the key."
SKIN-AGING PREVENTION
Dimples does not frequent beauty clinics, but she has a proactive skin-care routine.
The 39-year-old celebrity mom said, "Nagawa ko naman yung alagaan kahit pa marami siyang sampal, marami siyang galos, maraming luhang lumabas, maraming dumi, dungis.
"Kasi lahat ng teleserye ko, mansiyon ang ano, ah, kadalasan nga yung mga una-una ko, parang talagang sa dirt kami, sa bukid kami.
"And yet, I take pride in taking care of my skin, and that shows kahit ilang dekada na ako nagtatrabaho."

Her latest endorsement Luxe Skin's Collavera gives her that noticeable glow especially after long and tiring days on set.
"When I started taking it, what I noticed is the glow. Like paggising mo, you're glowing, and mahirap i-achieve yun pag pagod ka ha. Kailangan mo talaga ng supplement."
She quipped, "Hindi mo puwedeng asahan na magpe-pray ka lang, 'Lord please...,' kasi kung ganoon lang, e, di everybody sana, di ba?"
She underscored the importance of prevention.
"We have to admit first that we need to take care of ourselves kasi pag inisip mo na, 'Okay lang iyan, di pa ako tumatanda.'
"Alam mo yung pagtanda, makikita mo na lang iyan pag lumalabas na yung lines mo, at dahan-dahan mo nang napapansin na, 'Ay, yung balat ko medyo nagsa-sag na.'
"Mas mahirap i-correct kapag andiyan na."
