The noticeable change on Xyriel's nose and some of her other facial features were evident.
In the caption of her post, she did not include the exact procedures she underwent, but she tagged Faces and Curves, its owner Sheila Abesamis Recasata, and her doctor Jay Recasata from the clinic's branch in Annapolis, Greenhills.

In an exclusive interview with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) via Instagram's direct message, Xyriel confirmed that she underwent rhinoplasty to enhance her nose.
She said in her message (published as is), "[Rhinoplasty] lang po [emoji] Super daming speculations na nagpa-lips daw po ako jaw eyes eyelid and browlift HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH Nose lang po [emoji]"
Meanwhile, Faces and Curves, with Xyriel's permission, informed PEP.ph via Instagram that in addition to rhinoplasty, the actress also underwent Buccal Fat Removal to enhance her cheeks.
According to plasticsurgery.org, Buccal fat removal is a procedure that involves the removal of the buccal fat pad, which is a naturally occurring pad of fat located in the hollow area of the cheeks. This procedure aims to create a slimmer appearance by thinning the cheeks.
Xyriel documented her entire experience in a vlog, which she plans to upload in the upcoming days.
She said, "Documentation will be up on my YouTube po... Wala pa po [release date] huhu pero early this July po for sure [emoji]"
For those curious about the cost of these procedures done by Doc Jay of Faces and Curves, the Rhinoplasty procedure ranges from PHP50,000 to PHP150,000, while the Buccal fat removal ranges from PHP45,000 to PHP55,000.
