Si Whang-Od, a.k.a. Maria Oggay, ang pinakamatandang mambabatok o traditional tattoo artist mula sa tribo ng Butbut sa Kalinga.
Tanyag si Whang-Od dahil sa pagiging master ng 1,000-year-old skin art na “batok," na bahagi ng kultura ng tribong Butbuk, lalo na ng mga sinaunang mandirigma.
Si Whang-Od ay recipient ng 1st HIYAS Award for the Indigenous Art noong 2022, Dangal ng Haraya Award, at Bantayog Award.
